CENTAURO’s General Sales Conditions

The offer and sale of the products on our website are regulated by these Sales Terms and Conditions. The products purchased on our site are sold directly by CENTAURO S.R.L.

CENTAURO S.R.L. is registered in the Register of Companies of Monza , with the number of administrative repertoire n. 29099, Tax 01197310152 and VAT Code IT00706060969. The HQ of CENTAURO S.R.L. is in Italy, in Via Euclide nr.4  - 20864 Agrate Brianza (MB).

Before to proceed with the purchasing of any products by submitting the order form, we ask you to carefully read the General Sales Conditions; you can print or save a copy for your own personal use.

Formulation of the Order

To order and buy, any items you need to fill out an order form, in all its parts.


Order Confirmation

If in our order confirmation the customer finds in any of the items any difference to the agreements or to the orders, if he did not claim such differences by registered letter, sent within ten days from the receipt of the order confirmation, he shall accept it as it was issued.

ISSUING OF THE INVOICE. As the purchase is made, an invoice will be issued to the attention of the customer and it will be sent together with the goods. This document is the only guarantee related to the sold products.

Technical Information

The technical information included in the website www.centauro-srl.com are processed by our R&D department or, in the case of commercial goods, by the manufacturers of the goods in our catalog. For this reason CENTAURO S.R.L. reserves the right to change / adapt the technical and dimensional information of the items in the catalog, according to what will be announced by the producers and / or according the possible technical improvements by our R & D, without any prior notice.


CENTAURO S.R.L. will only accept the following forms of payment:

- Credit Card: American Express, Diners Club, or Visa and Mastercard circuit

Your credit card details are handled directly by PayPal, specialized in the management of online payments. The information are encrypted using 128-bit encryption systems (SSL) which prevent the use by a third party and are sent directly to the bank, not even the staff of CENTAURO S.R.L. is able to see them.

By making the payment by credit card you can send the goods to an address different than the one of the header of the order.

Attention: The holder of the order must be the holder of the credit card.

If the above mentioned conditions are not fulfilled, it will be asked to the bank that issued the card to verify the authenticity of the ownership of the card itself. This activity takes about 5 working days. At the end of this period, in case of positive result, we will proceed with the delivery of the order.

CENTAURO S.R.L. reserves the right to request a fax with a valid document to speed up the check processes.

The amount due will be charged on the date of the order.


Product Availability

In the catalog published on the site www.centaur-srl.com the access and the possibility to submit orders online change in real-time the availability of the product, therefore CENTAURO S.R.L. does not guarantee the certainty of the allocation of goods ordered.



The right of withdrawal allows the consumer who purchased via Internet to return the purchased goods having a refund of the purchase price. The consumer must return the goods by sending them to: CENTAURO S.R.L. Via Euclide nr.4, -20864  Agrate Brianza (MB) to the attention of the Head of Quality Dep. – Returns, within 10 days from the sending of the notice with which he has exercised his right of withdrawal (see Withdrawal Form). The consumer must return the goods in the same condition he received them, in the original packaging and with any manuals included, without anything missing OR BEEN OPENED. The costs and risks of transport related to the return of goods are totally to be charged to the customer. You are allowed to make the withdrawal only if the PRODUCTS ARE NOT USED YET AND ARE FULLY INTACT - Otherwise you cannot exercise it. If the procedure to exercise the right of withdrawal is respected by the customer, CENTAURO S.R.L. shall return to him the amount paid, within 30 working days from receipt of the notice by which the right of withdrawal is exercised, in the manner required by the customer.

The request for withdrawal must be submitted within 10 days after the receiving of goods, by registered mail with return receipt requested. The addressee of the letter is: CENTAURO S.R.L. Via Euclide nr.4 , - 20864 Agrate Brianza (MB). CENTAURO S.R.L. will provide the refund within one month from receipt of the registered letter.

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

1. the customer expresses the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner above described

2. the purchased item is returned undamaged, in its original packaging and complete in all its parts (including any documentation or accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...)

3. the product is delivered in the time and in the manner above described. The costs of delivery shall be borne by the Customer.

Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to evaluate any damage not caused by the transport. After checking the integrity of the goods, the amount already paid will be credited by
bank transfer to the account indicated to our Customer Service. The refund includes just the
price of the item. It will be made no later than 30 days from the time when the goods that are supposed to be withdrawn will be returned. The only costs charged to the Customer are the ones related to the return shipment of the product.


Return of the goods

In every return of goods, the delivery costs are borne by the customer.

In case of defective goods under warranty, the delivery costs for the replacement of the products shall be borne by CENTAURO S.R.L..

You can cancel your purchase within 10 days and following the procedure above mentioned, provided that the goods or articles supplied have not been installed nor have any changes or damages or scratches or anything that could affect the re-saleability of the item.



The exact amount will be calculated and communicated during the purchase after having indicated the shipping details.

What to do as the products are delivered

When the courier performs the delivery, you will need to check:

1. That the package is intact, not damaged or wet but conform to the standard features of a parcel.

2. That the number of packages indicated on the invoice matches with the number of the package actually delivered
Any claims must be raised immediately to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered correctly delivered. The bill, contained in the pocket attached outside the package, must be kept.

What to do in case of damage due to the transport

If during the unloading of the goods you find a flagrant damage to the packaging you have to:

1. express a reservation: you consider the package accepted but before signing the document you have to write "I accept with reservation", so that it will be possible, after opening the package and having found it damaged, to be refunded for the damage suffered.

2. reject the damaged goods, if the parcel cannot be accepted with reservation or if the damage is visible even without having to open the package
